2nd Iowa producer recalls eggs over possible salmonella; total hits half-billion.

A second Iowa egg producer has issued a recall because of potential salmonella contamination. The recalled eggs, from Hillandale Farms of Iowa, were sold in 14 states under the brand names Hillandale Farms, Sunny Farms, Sunny Meadow, Wholesome Farms and West Creek.
The recalled eggs were sold in Arkansas, California, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, Texas and Wisconsin. The company did not say how many eggs were affected, but major egg producer and distributor Cal-Maine Foods said it had received about 9.6 million of the recalled eggs, the New York Times reports.Only eggs from plant numbers P1860 or P1663 and with the following "Julian dates" are affected by the recall
